In 1974, Kimbal Logan began his Real Estate career as a commercial broker in Portland, Oregon. After stints with Art Lutz, Coldwell Banker, and Norris Beggs & Simpson, Kimbal Logan Real Estate and Investment was created in 1991. With an emphasis on commercial brokerage, the company grew through the 90's, having a role in many of the major Garden Style apartment complexes currently found in Vancouver, WA including Heatherwood, The Park at Mill Plain One, Columbia Place, and Willow Pointe. In 1994 the company began doing business in the Residential arena as well, and has since grown to include a core group of 6 experienced agents, all of whom committed to the principle that honesty, integrity, and hard work are mandatory traits for those who arrange and facilitate business in the real estate industry.
