The Sahalie at Tidewater Cove is a development of luxury condominiums being built on the shores of the Columbia River in Southwest Washington, within the City Limits of Vancouver. The Sahalie, which is exclusively listed by Kimbal Logan Real Estate and Investment, is being done in succession to the original Tidewater Cove Riverfront Condominium project, which was completed in 2005. The first phase of the development, which consists or three buildings totaling 32 units, is scheduled for completion in 2008, and there are still some units available for reservation.
