The project is the original Tidewater Cove Development built by Timothy Norton, the principal owner and developer of both Tidewater Cove Riverfront Condominiums, and its subsequent planned development, The Sahalie at Tidewater Cove. The Tidewater Cove Project consists of Seven Buildings that total 101 units dispersed over 20.5 acres of land. Six of the Seven buildings have been completed, with the seventh scheduled for completion in 2007.
